Already owning the Jane Epic travel system (as well as a few other items from the brand) but reaching a point where a lightweight pushchair is becoming more useful we opted for Jane again. The principle reasons being positive previous experience of the brand, the colour (we went with the Soho, which is really cool and a nice departure from the sea of grey you normally see in pushchairs) and the price (it was reduced to bargain level direct from Jane).
The chair was easy to assemble, although the photo's on the paper instructions were not the clearest. It seems solid and comfortable for our daughter (she keeps pointing at it and wanting to go in it - so thumbs up from her) with plenty of adjustments. It is easy to push and the locking front wheels are really useful of cobbles and uneven ground. It is very light and easy to open and collapse. The shopping basket is a good size and easy to access.
My only slight gripe, which is true of any of this type of pushchair regardless of make and is due to the inherant design, is that when pushing the chair you keep catching your toes on the brake bar unless you lean forwards and push with straight arms, meaning a slightly unnatural pose. Handles that were longer or extended further backwards would cure this issue, but obviously add weight and complexity or result in a larger collapsed size. This is however a small gripe as it isn't that much of an inconvenience and I would not be using the pushchair for long days out walking, but rather for short trips to the shops or for travel, which is very much where this type of pushchair shines and is really intended for.
Overall very happy and if you are looking for a small, light and compact pushchair that is also comfortable to the little one then look no further.
